Barry Dodds
A talented storyteller who uses whimsical imagery and evocative observations, Barry is an assured closing act, with regular bookings at many of the UK’s top comedy clubs including The Stand, XS Malarkey and The Frog and Bucket. His comedy has even taken him to Luxembourg, where his solo show proved so popular, he became the first ever comedian to perform on Luxembourg TV. Barry has recently been supporting Jason Manford, on his UK Tour.
Alex Boardman
Early in 2008 Alex Boardman was nominated in the Rising Star category at the Sony Awards for his work on the Galaxy FM breakfast show. That show achieved more record figures than any show in the station’s ten year history, however a change of ownership led Alex to return full time to his first love; stand up comedy. 2007 saw Alex’s first solo stand up tour entitled “Hit The North” (after a favourite song by The Fall) at a number of arts centres around the UK.
Don Biswas
Don Biswas is one of the gems of the circuit. A politically charged gag merchant who likes to cover a wide range of subjects including his Asian upbringing, his neurodiversity as someone with dyspraxia, ADHD, and ASD and even the most important of topics… conspiracy theories. Don recently recorded a comedy special for BBC Radio 4 entitled ‘Neurotopical’ and has appeared on Radio 4’s 13 Million Club, Rosie Jones’s Boxticker as well as BBC Onlines Future Food Stars.
Angelos Epithemiou
Angelos Epithemiou is here standing in front of people for one night only, maybe more if he can get time off at the stables. Come and see him talk and prepare his speech for the UN. Unwitting star of Shooting Stars (BBC Two), Dave’s One Night Stand and Channel 4’s The Angelos Epithemiou Show, this cult favourite takes a giant leap into the spotlight yet again. Shambolic, weird and wonderful; think Little Britain meets Vic and Bob meets a smattering of Ivan Brackenbury, then lower your expectations and get on board.
Saturday 17th February

Meryl O’Rourke
Acclaimed stand-up comic and TV writer Meryl O’Rourke –revels in her bitterness. She has delighted comedy audiences, written some of the best gags on telly and even hosted pop concerts (last one to 12,000 people!) She’s a regular support for Frankie Boyle, has written for Have I Got News for You, 8/10 Cats and 3 series of Mock the Week.
Nina Gilligan
Nina Gilligan is sometimes outrageous, always hilarious with a charming, loveable persona which belies an acerbic wit. 2021 saw her crowned as the WINNER of the prestigious Leicester Mercury Award after also Winning Liverpool Hot Water and being a finalist in English Comedian of The Year in previous year’s. Recent work includes a sell-out show ‘Late Developer’ at Leicester Comedy Festival which is going on to The Edinburgh Fringe 2022 with Just The Tonic. Recent Tour Support includes Jason Manford, Clinton Baptiste and Rachel Fairburn.
Masai Graham
Masai Graham is a multi award winning one-liner comedian who hails from the West Midlands. The former Care worker turned comic has been writing and performing comedy for over a decade, winning accolades including ‘UK Pun Championship 2016, ‘Joke of the Fringe’ 2016 and 2022 (also bagging the unofficial lockdown Some-Bloke-Called-Dave Joke of the Fringe in 2021). His success has led him to perform as tour support for Gary Delaney, Darren Harriott and Tez Ilias as well as writing for TV shows. Masai has built a huge cult following at the Edinburgh Fringe having been performing regularly there for 8 years.
Lost Voice Guy
Lee Ridley, better known by his stage name the Lost Voice Guy, is an English stand-up comedian. Disabled since early life, and unable to speak, he rose to prominence in June 2018 after winning the 12th series of Britain’s Got Talent.
